Anyone who has visited southern Germany is familiar with the traditional artisan pretzels found in the quaint bakeries throughout Bavaria.
In Bellingham, WA, German baker Ralf Sigl carries on this tradition, using all organic ingredients and the age-old process of forming each pretzel by hand.
Our bakery is located inside of the Depot Market, home of the Saturday Bellingham Farmers Market.
We are open to the public on
Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm. We
stay open January through March when the Farmers Market is closed.
Ralf's Pretzels can be found 7 days a week at the downtown Bellingham Food Co-op and Bellingham Whole Foods.
